1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Some are necessary for a website to function; others are used, with permission, for measurement or other optional purposes.

2. Cookies used by LuaPR

Necessary

luapr_consent_v2: stores your cookie preference so we do not ask you on every visit. It lasts up to 180 days and is used only for this purpose.

Analytics — only with your permission

When you allow analytics, LuaPR uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google documents a default lifetime of 2 years, although browsers may impose shorter limits.

When analytics consent is denied, analytics_storage remains denied and LuaPR does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 on new pages. The website does not send GA4 measurements while analytics remains rejected.

Advertising and marketing

LuaPR does not currently use Google Ads, remarketing or advertising cookies on the public website. The Consent Mode signals ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied.

3. Google reCAPTCHA

The public beta access form may use Google reCAPTCHA as an anti-abuse and security measure. This service can process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Its use is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. How to change your choice

You can accept, reject or configure analytics cookies from the banner. You can later change or revoke your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or on this page. Revoking analytics consent disables future Analytics storage and LuaPR attempts to remove first-party Google Analytics cookies accessible from luapr.com.

5. Consent Mode v2

LuaPR uses Google Consent Mode v2 in basic mode. Analytics and advertising signals start as “denied”. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you accept analytics. Advertising signals remain denied because LuaPR does not currently use Google Ads or remarketing.
