Privacy Policy

1. Data collection and use

At LuaPR we collect only the information strictly necessary for the service to work. This includes:

• Contact data: name and business email for alert delivery and account management.
• Service configuration: keywords and web sources you decide to monitor.
• Billing data: card details are not currently requested and automatic charges are not processed. If a commercial service is enabled later, billing data will be handled according to the payment method implemented at that time.

2. Artificial Intelligence processing

To provide news summaries and relevance classification, LuaPR uses third-party natural language processing models such as OpenAI. In this process:

• Only the content of detected public news is processed.
• We never send your personal data, such as name or email, to these AI models.
• Your keywords are used only as internal search parameters, not to train public models.

3. Subprocessors and transfers

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. To provide the service we use professional providers that comply with GDPR:

• Infrastructure: hosting and technical service providers required to operate LuaPR.
• Artificial intelligence: OpenAI for classification features when enabled.
• Communications: the configured email provider for alerts and operational messages.
• Anti-spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA on public access-request forms. Google may process technical information required to verify that a submission is not automated.

4. Analytics, cookies and consent

LuaPR uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate use of the public website. In basic Consent Mode v2, analytics is off by default and Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics 4 do not load until you allow analytics. Advertising consent signals remain denied because LuaPR does not currently use advertising or remarketing tags. You can change or revoke your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. 5. Data retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active or for the time required to comply with legal obligations such as billing. When you cancel your account and request deletion, we will remove your projects and configuration within a maximum of 30 days.

6. Your rights

As a user, you have the right to access, rectify, limit or request deletion of your data at any time. Write to hola@luapr.com and we will handle your request as a priority.
