By registering for or using the LuaPR platform, you expressly accept these Terms of Service without reservation. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our monitoring platform.

2. Service description

LuaPR provides a web monitoring and report generation solution based on reading sources selected by the user or suggested by the system. The service includes optional Artificial Intelligence analysis to extract summaries and classify the relevance of detected mentions.

3. Proper use of the system

The user agrees to use the platform lawfully. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to bypass security measures, monitor brands or content for criminal purposes, or use the system abusively in a way that could slow down or interfere with automated crawlers for other customers.

4. Limitation of liability

Because LuaPR depends on the technical accessibility and publication status of third-party sources, such as news websites, external blogs, RSS channels or digital platforms, we cannot guarantee the absolute detection of every mention online. LuaPR is not responsible for commercial or reputational decisions made based on generated reports.

5. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service to adapt them to legal changes or technical improvements. We will communicate any relevant changes on this page or via your subscription email.
